Billing & Refund Policy
Summary: virtual credits are service credits, not cash value. Costs and free quota are shown in-product. Consumed credits and completed digital generation requests are generally non-refundable unless law or a verified billing error requires otherwise.
1. Virtual credits and member benefits
Certain features consume virtual credits, daily free quota, member quota, or paid access. Current costs and limits are shown in-product and may change prospectively.
Virtual credits are digital service credits only. They have no cash value, are not stored value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or resold except where required by law.
2. Purchases and delivery
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. The final amount, currency, taxes, and payment method rules may depend on your region and payment provider.
After a successful payment, credits and member time are normally delivered automatically. If delivery is delayed, submit in-app feedback with the payment time and account information.
3. Credit consumption
Credits may be consumed when you request writing, outline generation, chapter generation, adventure turns, image generation, paid chapter reading, or other paid features.
A request may consume credits once processing starts, even if the generated result does not match your creative preference.
If a request fails because of a platform error and no usable result is delivered, we may restore credits after review.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, consumed credits, completed digital generation requests, unlocked paid chapters, and delivered member benefits are generally non-refundable.
We will review refund or credit-restoration requests for duplicate charges, payment errors, undelivered purchases, obvious platform billing mistakes, or other legally required cases.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud, or abuse may result in suspension of paid benefits or account access while the issue is investigated.
5. Price and policy changes
Prices, packages, quotas, free usage, credit costs, and member benefits may change over time. Changes normally apply going forward and do not reduce credits already delivered to your account unless required for fraud, abuse, or legal compliance.
