1. Information we collect

We may collect account information, authentication data, profile information, payment records, usage logs, device and request metadata, support messages, and abuse-prevention signals.

We also process content you submit or create, including prompts, story drafts, published novels, adventure worlds, characters, world settings, chat messages, generated text, image prompts, generated images, uploaded assets, feedback, and moderation records.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate writing and publishing features, generate text and images, save sessions, provide billing and credits, review public content, prevent abuse, improve reliability, debug errors, and respond to support requests.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand product usage and improve the service.

3. AI and model providers

Prompts, generated content, context, and related metadata may be sent to AI model providers or image generation providers when needed to provide the requested feature.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable with it being processed for the feature you request.

4. Third-party processors

We may use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, databases, object storage, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, abuse prevention, AI models, and image generation.

Payment card details are processed by payment providers such as Stripe. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our servers.

5. Public content

If you publish novels, chapters, adventure worlds, images, or profile information, that content may be visible to other users and may be indexed, copied, or shared by others depending on product features.

Deleting or unpublishing content may not remove copies already viewed, cached, exported, or lawfully retained for compliance, security, or dispute handling.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts and history, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce terms, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

Some logs, billing records, moderation records, and backups may be retained for a limited period after account or content deletion.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service is completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and devices secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data through in-app feedback, subject to identity verification and legal or operational limits.

You may stop using the service at any time. Some data may remain in backups or records where retention is required or permitted.

9. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us through in-app feedback.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after the effective date means you acknowledge the updated policy.
