Terms of Service
Summary: use the service responsibly, review AI-assisted outputs before publishing or commercial use, and make sure you have the rights needed for your inputs and public content.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Talevo, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service scope
The service provides AI-assisted fiction writing, interactive story generation, image generation, editing tools, publishing workflows, and related community features.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, fictional, biased, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account information and may not share, sell, or transfer account access without permission.
4. User content
You are responsible for prompts, story text, images, world settings, characters, comments, and other content you submit, generate, edit, upload, or publish.
You must have the rights needed to use your inputs and uploaded assets. Do not submit content that infringes third-party rights, violates law, exposes private information, or contains prohibited material.
When you publish content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, format, moderate, distribute, and promote that content within the service.
5. AI-generated content and rights
Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use outputs generated for your account. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are unique, original, copyrightable, non-infringing, or suitable for commercial use.
Before publishing or commercializing AI-assisted content, you should review it for accuracy, originality, third-party rights, privacy, and legal compliance.
We may generate similar or identical outputs for different users because AI systems can respond similarly to similar prompts.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, rights infringement, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, self-harm instructions, weaponization, malware, credential theft, spam, scraping, payment abuse, or attacks on the service.
You may not bypass usage limits, credit consumption, moderation, access controls, or security controls.
7. Publishing, moderation, and enforcement
Published novels, chapters, adventure worlds, images, and other community content may be reviewed automatically or manually.
We may reject, hide, remove, restrict distribution, suspend access, or terminate accounts when content or behavior violates these terms, creates risk, or harms the service or other users.
If you believe content infringes your rights, submit a report through in-app feedback with the content link, a description of the rights at issue, and contact information.
8. Billing and virtual credits
Some features require virtual credits, member access, or paid plans. Credit costs, quotas, and member benefits are shown in-product and may change prospectively.
Virtual credits have no cash value, are not stored value, and cannot be redeemed for money, transferred, or resold except where required by law.
Billing and refunds are governed by the Billing & Refund Policy.
9. Service availability and changes
The service is provided as available. Features, models, prices, quotas, and policies may change over time.
We may suspend or limit the service for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or reliance on AI outputs, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms means you accept the updated terms.
